6737 fare dodgers fined in public transport of "Rīgas satiksme" in August

Statistics of "Rīgas satiksme" about ticket checkups in Riga public transport (buses, trolleybuses and trams) in August 2013:

Number of fare dodgers fined in public transport:

including:
Fine receipts	5206
Fine bills	1531

It is by 1499 fare dodgers more than in July 2013, when 5238 fare dodgers were fined in public transport.

Number of ticket checkups in public transport:
Buses	9573
Trolleybuses	8323
Trams	4361
Total:	22257

Just to compare: there were 17483 ticket checkups in July 2013, which is by 4774 less than in August 2013.

In August 2013, the maximum number of fined fare dodgers (814) was on tram route No. 6, but the minimum number (1) on each of bus routes No. 34 and 47.
